National School Counseling Week

Good morning. We are continuing to celebrate National School Counseling Week. Today we want to talk about why it matters to us that you do well at school. As you may remember, this week's theme is School Counselors Amplify Student Success. You may have heard the John Lennon lyrics, "We all shine on, like the moon and the stars and the sun." When you shine, it lights up our whole school community. Your growth matters because you have unique talents and dreams. We care about your success because it shapes your future and inspires others. If you ever feel like your light is dimming, come talk to us – we're here to help you shine bright.

HIGH SCHOOL NEWS:

Do you have an interest in a career field but would like to do a job shadow to get a better understanding about that field? Come see Mrs. Kimball in the ILC so we can discuss it and set up a job visit.

Upcoming Events from Guidance:

Career Day Tuesdays: At the end of the school year, the student who has attended the most Career Day events will win a special prize! It's definitely worth showing up each Tuesday for a chance to win.
